EasyStock helps Shopify merchants manage inventory visibility, product data, wait times, tags, collections, store health, and optional QuickBooks price and stock sync.

Data EasyStock accesses

• Shop information, including the myshopify.com domain needed to identify the installed store.
• Product and variant data, including titles, prices, tags, images, statuses, collections, and product metafields used by the app.
• Inventory item, inventory level, and Shopify location data used for stock visibility and stock management.
• App settings, OAuth install state, audit log entries, campaign settings, and optional QuickBooks connection data.

Data EasyStock does not intentionally access

• Customer personal data.
• Payment card data.
• Checkout data.
• Order or fulfillment data.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide the app's merchant-facing features, including product operations, inventory visibility, wait-time updates, tag edits, SEO health checks, and optional QuickBooks sync.

Storage and security

Shopify OAuth access tokens and app settings are stored server-side in PostgreSQL. Access tokens are not intentionally displayed in the browser or logged. Webhooks are verified with Shopify HMAC signatures.

Data deletion

When a merchant uninstalls EasyStock, the app processes Shopify's uninstall and compliance webhooks. A merchant can also request deletion of app data by contacting support.
